Bringing together purpose-driven leaders to engage around critically important societal issues has never been more important. And having all voices and backgrounds fully represented is fundamental to making progress. SALA does this extremely well – and I’m thrilled to be part of it.

The best discussions and solutions typically come from engaged conversations with talented leaders who bring different perspectives based on their diverse backgrounds and experiences. This is exactly what I consistently find from my participation with SALA.

SALA is all about taking action and supporting one another on our missions. Rather than just talking about issues in a theoretical sense, SALA brings together leaders across industry to drive meaningful (and long-lasting) impact.

SALA brings me much joy – the relationships are authentic, the kindness and thoughtfulness is real and there’s a spirit of community I haven’t found in many places.

In these unprecedented times, we need spaces where leaders from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences can come together to discuss differences, reimagine the future, and inspire positive change. I appreciate SALA for providing space where I can both learn and share my thoughts on what’s happening in the world, especially on work to advance racial equity and economic inclusion.
